General Terms and Conditions

1. Scope

These general terms and conditions apply to all contracts concluded between TALYA Textil - Nejat P. Eryigit and its customers regarding the sale of embroidered towels and other textiles.

2. Conclusion of Contract

A contract is formed when the customer places an order, and it is confirmed in writing by TALYA Textil - Nejat P. Eryigit.

3. Custom Embroidery and Engravements

The chosen designes and photos for embroidery or engravements will be executed based on the specifications provided by the customer. The customer is responsible for ensuring that no copyright or trademark rights are violated.

4. Prices and Payment

All prices are in euros (€) and inclusive of VAT. Payments can be made via bank transfer or other agreed-upon payment methods.

6. Warranty and Liability

Customized embroidered products cannot be returned, except in cases of proven defects. If defects are present, the customer has the right to request a replacement or rectification.

7. Data Protection

The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with applicable data protection laws in Luxembourg. Further details can be found in our privacy policy.

8. Final Provisions

Luxembourg law applies. If any provision of these general terms and conditions is invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
